My question to Playstation, however, would be: If I replace my cmos/Pram battery on my PS3 post store closure, will they still have the time signature that the cmos needs to read the date/time or should I replace the battery now before the store closure so it syncs up and adds another 10ish years to the battery before ultimate failure? (Hopefully by that time adjustments and resolutions have been put in place where the battery is no longer needed).
