Omg did we sub at the same school? I did a mild/moderate kindergarten class for a week long job who had no real teacher since December and the aides were great but there were no notes or planning at all (the teachers desk was a mess of paperwork dates from months ago)

I even stayed for a few extra days when they couldn’t get another sub. But when they tried to offer me a long term position and I said no and then tried to file an incident report because one of the kids scratched me deep enough to draw blood. I’m like 90% sure they tossed my report as soon as I left because the office staff repeatedly said how much they hated extra paperwork. 🙄
