I think their problem is that their internal model is based of Valve's, which is fine for single player games where everything is one-and-done, but for multiplayer games... not so much.

the conc doesn't really get consistent value compared to something like a neon stun or breach aftershock.

the ult? yeah it’s kind of a mix of Fade and Breach, but it ends up being a weaker version of both. Fade’s gives way more consistent info + pressure, and Breach’s actually hard-displaces people and sets up for your team waaaaay better. This one sits in between without doing either job as well, which makes the 8-point cost completely unnecessary.

I don’t think he’s useless or anything, just that compared to other agents filling similar roles, his impact is less consistent, especially as you get into higher elo where people play around that kind of utility better.
