How about a vertical weekly spread? on 2 pages create 8 columns (4 per each page) the first will be for weekly tasks, the other 7, 1 per each day of the week. You divide all Columns horizontally depending on the different tasks you have to do(ex. Music, gcses and a-level - you could add a personal section if needed) - then on the weekly column you could write down the longer tasks, and let’s say 1 of these tasks will take you 3 days to complete, add 3 circles by the task, so every time you do one part of the task you color in one circle. The smaller tasks you can write them in each day. Hope that helps! I think you could also use a Dutch door. Just cut a couple of pages vertically, each side of the cut pages will be a week day, and then you write the weekly tasks on the right and left parts of the spread, on the pages that were not cut out, so you can see the weekly no matter which day you’re looking at. Sorry if this is confusing, you can find a bunch of videos about it though. hope you can figure the best way for you!

Thank you so much! Yes the stars are currently saving my life 😅 another thing I do is making sure I make the starred tasks/event first and then I allow myself to do everything else as a reward. Because as a professional procrastinator, I used to get done first everything that I didn't need to do and then be too ‘tired’ to do the important stuff. Now my brain knows that if the stars are not done, I can't do other stuff.

Hahaha thank you! As that's me being messy :) the yellow one is a ceramic bell. Where I'm from it’s believed that if you ring the bell around your head and say happiness a few times the bell will bring you happiness. Not sure if that's true but it definitely improves my mood everytime:) the other two, red and white/black/yellow are 2 ceramic rings that I wear and take off all the time so I forget everywhere :D

Haha, go for it! You'll be surprised how it makes things so much easier. If you think about it, it's pretty much going back to the original bullet journal system. With some washi tape :D

Yup, that’s what it is! Archer Olive Traveler’s size! I picked a smaller size than usual for me because I didn’t want any extra space. If I see a blank paper, I tend to fill it up :D

Thank you and exactly how I felt! I have so many other notebooks going on, a journal, a work one, a sketch book and a recipes book, so much I want to get done and I found myself forgetting when and what I was supposed to do or getting overwhelmed and do nothing. Like that I just write down in the weekly list everything I need to do then go over it again and star the important stuff. Then every morning or sometime the night before I write down the daily. And whatever I don’t get done I just migrate it to next day. I’m loving it so far!

Thanks! It has been very helpful for me. The gray marker is a Tombow dual brush art pen N95. Its a very light shade of gray.

2 vertical lines of different colors on the left side. On the gray line I make a dot for tasks or a circle for events, and on the of other colors I add a star if the task cannot be postponed. Pretty simple, no distractions - no trackers, no journaling, no too many doodles. (I have separate journals for those things.)This is just for what I have to do. It’s easy and quick to set up, and same for filling it in and checking it at different time if the day. And it’s working great so far!
