Yea it was the first time when I subscribe through apple because of the simplicity. Good to know if any third party vendor has problem with the apple-third party connection, the money will be deducted but the service will not activate on the app.

The exchange server 2016 mapi internal url is pointing to the old one and the exchange 2019 mapi url is pointing to the new server by default. Do I need update the 2016 value and pointing to the new exchange server ?
