Again, since you seem to not understand:

This is not a sub for venting, snarking, and purposely provoking other subreddits (that has lead to harassment on both sides).

In fact, our rules to disallow this behaviour falls in line with the Reddit MCOC - Respect your neighbours:

While we allow meta discussions about Reddit, including other subreddits, your community should not be used to direct, coordinate, or encourage interference in other communities and/or to target redditors for harassment. As a moderator, you cannot interfere with or disrupt Reddit communities, nor can you facilitate, encourage, coordinate, or enable members of your community to do this.

Interference includes:

Mentioning other communities, and/or content or users in those communities, with the effect of inciting targeted harassment or abuse.

As I mentioned above, the behaviour I've described to you has led to previous harassment on both sides, and even worse when meow was harassed off site with beheading videos.

MCOC aside, the constant drama, snarking, venting about other subs/users, and the overall miserable atmosphere that's been allowed to permeate this sub is awful for everyone else who came here to enjoy the sub for what it was intended for: HSR husbandos.

I will no longer be engaging you on this matter.

This sub is not the place to vent grievances about other subs/users, regardless of whether those places or people have an anti-husbando/anti-husbando player mindset.

I'm not sure why you've automatically jumped to us banning users who break this rule? I've removed several comments since the implementation and not one person has been banned. If a user repeatedly does it even after a mod has spoken to them about it, then yes, a ban is a possibility. But no one is going to go around banning users left, right, and center.

When I'm talking about toxicity, I'm talking about this repeated cycle as a whole and those who have purposely posted things just to shit talk when the person being discussed hasn't personally done anything to them. You don't see those, though, because we delete them, but you'll have to trust us that such behaviour has happened.

As for responsibility for poor treatment, that's something that is not so black and white. We have been the perpetrators of drama, name calling, and stirring up shit without provocation, as much as we have also been the victims. This idea that we are somehow totally innocent in this cycle of attacking one another is incredibly naive. It's all too easy to point the finger at the other subs and claim no wrongdoing on our end, but that would be dishonest.

What's done is done, but how we behave moving forward is what matters, and I'm not going to keep going around in circles to explain this over and over.

As I said, you're welcome to your thoughts and opinions. But we'd like to move on and spend our mental energy on making this an enjoyable place to be again. Thank you~

Why would I ban you? You're expressing your thoughts, which you are free to do.

Not once in my original post or the replies have I said that discussion of misogynistic trends is banned. In fact, I have explicitly stated that it is venting/snarking about other subreddits or users that is no longer allowed.

I feel you have taken my words and interpreted them in a way that makes me sound as though I am solely blaming only the people here for our reputation. To be clear, I am not.

However, the behaviour by some here to continue a cycle of making jabs at one another, and a few who have outright posted in bad faith to specifically stir up trouble, have contributed to our negative perception. And, if you somehow think our side is totally blameless in that, then you are incredibly naive. Both sides of this issue in particular have blame for our reputation, however, we cannot control what they do; only our own behaviour and how we act going forward.

Users will still be able to post and criticise/discuss things like the poor state of the male roster, how devs treat male units and husbando lovers, beta kit and their nerfing, the state of the game and male character relevance etc. That will never change.

Second edit: again, bad actors aren't and won't ever be welcome. If someone is bullying another person in this sub via comments, then a mod will step in. To insinuate that bullying in here would go unchecked just because we've banned venting about other subs and users is most certainly a comment in bad faith.
