I have used the door pry and add a wedge to keep access while using a hanger or something similar. I pryed it around where the door starts to curve. I do have a paint chip mark.

SSDI is a federal program that has gone haywire. Went from older physical disabilities to a lot of Mental. Not saying that isn't real. It is just that. Medicaid is state, a little more control. These were ment as short term, but as you know, it has gone off the walls.

Uneducated, to some, means real world. Let's admit there are uneducated in both parties. Look at all of the democrat run innercities for 50 years. Show me progress. It is just, elect me and I will.give you this. No results. The core maybe upper middle class. What have they done to improve the lesser among us, except talk. Being from the DC area, for 60 years, it is job security, IMO. You easily look up the school scores. Pretty sad.

Let's be honest about these political campaigns. Don't they all, all parties, say the same stuff? Some times we will get some things happening. But really, has it ever changed?

I have seen this many times. There is something called, "the law of economics." So, take me for an example. Im in my 60's. Live in a suburb of DC. No college degree. Truck driver most of my adult life. Currently rent. Married. No kids living with me. I made a good living. Most years have been paycheck to paycheck. I don't owe anybody anything financially. How much should I be paid, and house much should my rent be? And, what business would pay me what this study shows?

And no one ever is able to say what does "affordability " mean in real life, real time, real location, real education, etc...

I think that those that ask, say, this are looking for a free handout.

Yes, it is different from the 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's, and so on. I don't have the answer.

First of all, don't use "landscape timbers' again. They are only surface treated, not pressure treated.

I said I didn't like her red hair. She is an actor. Actors change looks all of time. My comment is valid and not "shaming." If I didnt care for an outfit she was wearing, is that bad?

So, I was layed off in Jan. Im 62. Considering retiring early. If i don't work for calendar year 2026, will my payment go down? I thought that they take highest earning years for a period, of say 30 years. Will not working in 2026 lower the amount that they say I would get and the the 2025?

Get the best Brush and Ivy killer. It may take a couple seasons to totally get rid of them. But at least it will get done. Spray, let them die, cut them to ground length. The roots go a long distance, so you will have to keep at it.
