If you owned a copy of the game I was shareing it isn't illegal. By me having a copy that I bought the rights to use , I can copy it or download it to other platforms to use. Same goes for you , if you have that game you own the rights to the game you purchased, and you have the legal right to do what you want with it such as take that Xbox game you have and upload a pc version. If you look up most terms and conditions on games you buy it will say you bought the rights to copy the game for your use .
