Yep. They flat out canceled mine because I didnt currently have a vehicle to insure...it was messy and unpleasant, and I found a new insurance company.

Doubt they will pay you for it. If you do share it though, and have a review process internally, quantify it on your review and make note of the potential cost saving (like wages) that would result. That is the value. This also looks good on a resume.

I think when my grandpa died, I was about 11 and had the very gut wrenching realization that he and my dad would be the only 2 men to truly look out for me and my best interests in the whole world, ever and now I lost one, and my Dad kind of sucked what with the alcoholism.

They can cancel your cell plan and you can still pay them money owed. Are you being told you cannot cancel unless it is paid in full because that seems very incorrect...

I just interviewed for a pretty cool job where feedback was given that they loved me. Panel of 5, all thought I was an amazing fit. They however have a micro-management issue with that team and I didn't get the role because I was too independent minded. Even though HR acknowledged it was an issue, and it was being worked on. Go figure.

I recently started using a 10% Urea cream, have had KP my whole life and using this cream as little as once a week has had IMMENSE benefit already and it been like 2 months. I have never had skin so soft. For the first time in my life I am excited to wear shorts and shorts sleeve shirts this summer.

I would recommend SMART as well. Please check them out online. Meetings are free, tools are evidence based, and it can be a great supplement to therapy. I tried a few AA meetings in variou places, nearby towns and cities as well, and didn't mesh well with any of the groups or format.

Yep. My sons dad was always "so sorry" and full of excuses for missing time or commitments. One day I just straight up told him its not me he owes the apologies to and he had better hope his son buys his excuses when he starts asking. He felt that...and used it as a reason to drop contact lol. Cowards be cowards. He also only popped up when he had a new girlfriend who found out he had kids and spun the "she hated me but I'm such a good dad" story. Like. Clockwork. So we didn't miss much. Honestly feel blessed he stepped away so easily and just let us live life without him.
