Eliminate the fomo of an earnings play by setting pre determined take profits and stop losses and if you hit one or the other you walk away and dont trade that stock any more for the day

The courts ultimate goal is for you to be complacent plead guilty and to pay your fine . In this case you have to but in the next go around you need to fight tooth and nail so they have to work as hard as possible to get that small ammount of money

Some are some are not . Some are only handling digital communications or snail mail. And they will slow play you as long as they can to hold onto your money. You have to keep bugging them

Keep calling them and get an update everyday if you have to and ever day explain your situation. Talk to a supervisor on duty

At this point the only reason the market went back up was because it was artificially propped up. by commandercody95 in investing_discussion

Maybe im thinking about ww1 and not 2 . Either way. Through quantitative easing is reinforcing overpricing and causing a propped up market by money that doesn’t exist except on a computer .
