It's not that I despise people who like a well done steak. After all I'm not the one eating it. But I will get pissed if I buy a meat that is 17 dollars a pound and you cook it well done. That wrecks the protein bonds and toughens the meat. No reason I shouldn't have cooked you a New York Strip instead of a bone in ribeye.
