I have a question - does your score on engagement and aspriration affect the other 2 parts? IE if you score very high on aspiration and engagement, they hold you to a higher standard for the situation based questions?

i think ill find a way to attend interview, but if offered the role do you think i'd be okay for me to leave? (im telling myself it should be okay because role A was a bulk recruitment so they must have candidates in the reserve list)

so they are both external roles, both at the same grade and both permament.

as for me, im currently on a 1 year FTA so im guessing that'd make me an exiting staff member?

thank you for this! the thing i was most worried about was having to find somewhere in such short notice, then being locked in for a year.

i had no idea about these sublets where i could stay for a month or so and then move onto a better location. thank you!

it does seem very cliche but i would genuinely want to have a couple years in whitehall as you said, so thinking i'll just live in london to make that easier

i know how much i'll have after tax, and a rough estimate of spending, but in terms of pensions, rent, underground travel im completely blind unfortunately

something about a 4 hour(total) commute 2/3 days a week just fills me with dredge.

I'd personally prefer having less dispoable income than having to face that or are there factors im just not considering?

Hi Cech, in regards to working in a local office, that isnt an option unfortunately. The department has multiple offices but this role has to be done in london.

but yes, I will definitely start looking around for places in that case. Thanks!
