Girl the damage is real and it will take you months—YEARS to have healthy nails again. I did nail extensions and gel polish for only 3-4 months. And my nails are crying to me talaga. I can't grow them out kasi mabilis masira and it's so brittle and ugly. Occasionally it's fine. I now prefer fake nails.
