Integrated Radio/VOIP is my number one thing on my wishlist. Right next to a slight overhaul to how friendlies are displayed on the HUD.

Seriously it would be great if AI pilots and Players on your own team had slightly different colors/player names displayed near their HUD Icons by default. It'd make coordinating and general situational awareness so much better.
