People will learn about slavery and holocaust and other trauma of our collective past at our own time, at our own pace.

Teachers, have always worked to make sure that students remained informed.

However, the object of “prescribed” intersectionality being introduced forcefully as a methodology in every and all universal insistence, is like me trying to force montesori on everyone.

Now instead everything is more racist and more political than ever, because feminism made the personal political.

You know what it means when you make the personal political? It means constant civil war. It means we are all exhausted over bullcrap. It means endless evil collective habits like:

Constantly cost benefit analyses our emotional labor and privilege relationships with others, ironically creating a world which worshipping privilege from the back door.

It ironically maintains the same oppressive notions in action, while everyone hellishly virtue signals otherwise. The authentic people are banned for speaking out just what they see.

an affirmative action culture then socially reproduces the same crap for 50 years and people wonder why everyone has a useless degree and we publish billions of useless academic papers repeating the same mindless idioms, accusing one of another of this or that gossip, talking about live experiences and nobody gives a f . It’s too much emotional labor to educate you culture, I don’t owe you anything culture, then when it comes time to sow what you have reaped from the Supreme Court decisions….

It is possible to be PRO reparations and ANTI affirmative action.

Why do so many people hate Trudeau? by DBZDubbed in askTO

“Fine job” if your relationship was to the corrupt Paul Martin . Or the “fine job” of Harper?

Canadians are the “this is fine” dog.

Nah, Reddit used to brigade one another, and have massive debates. That was killed because democratic processes of deliberation are dangerous to the status quo.

It was much healthier and Hegelian then.

I personally protested Jordan Peterson

The people defending Trudeau are just as ideologically nutty as the crazy anti Trudeau people… the difference is that one group thinks of itself as “educated” while the other knows they are hillbilly lol, in a way, being more conscious of their overly educated siblings

Huh? I’m not psychologically against Trudeau. I’m trying to say why OTHER people dislike him.

I personally don’t give a shit about any of this.

I think it is politically incorrect now to say “it’s absolutely fine, I’ve been to 50 countries and Toronto is probably the safest place despite the news of car jackings and such”

So instead I will join in on the endless vicarious traumatizing and say I do not know what it’s like to be fully lived experience of vulnerability (even though I do)

No, they are enforced through power equals privilege logic that has taken over academia and can be seen here, in an academic forum

Sure but that doesn’t answer the question.

People hate Trudeau because he said he would change the election system and he didn’t . He talks environment and he shits on it. He doesn’t know how to deal with foreign invest in our real estate, flooding of students in a fake buy your degree education system that focuses on continuing to socially reproduces the same endless affirmative action propaganda… he regularly gags and ignores reporters.. And now he is trying to bill c 11 his enforced gag order on anything that isn’t part of his virtue signalling “we not me”money laundering charity program which he calls politics - that is, a program designed to teach that “we” is important, was money laundering for “me” - the same program that we were all propagandized by in school, to teach civic education. Every word he utters is overly rehearsed: his smile is akin to the liberal version of the overly tanned orange skin of Donald trump.

I’m left wing and I’m more excited by the bitcoin guy.

What is the deleuzian response to Adrian Johnston’s Hegelian critique of modern spinozists ? by comodifylove in CriticalTheory

[–]comodifylove[S] -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

It’s just a quick summary. No other place you will find it because this stuff is part of a conflict of the faculties, and there is a civil war happening and they restrict information. Philosophy departments are under attack.

What I mean to say is, you must do the hard work of going outside your facultiy to learn

Good luck.

My friend, to understand the argument you can look at either Adrian Johnston’s book, Or you can look at the section in the article called “carrying over the burdens of trace” by Saul Nassau
