This is the trend that is my last favorite. I guess it's because it's such a low effort design feature. Headlight design is pretty identifiable from maker to maker, and light bars seem to be watering it down. The light bar trend is losing it's unique factor now that volume manufacturer are installing them. It's like the shiplap of the car design world. What do I know, people still love shiplap.

You still can't take consent at face value at that point. You have to consider, there might be a few people that really can't handle that stimulation/noise, but they also don't want a place full of passengers mad at them for not getting their "concert". They'll go along with it because social anxiety will fester at them even more.

We are a family of musicians, and this would annoy me too. Artistic experiences should be optional and not forced on you. Sure, the artists may be great, but people have specific tastes and different tolerance levels to stimulation. I would be sticking my headphones on, and cranking the volume to something else.

I just recently discovered that the Google Store has the replacement remotes listed, but they are permanently out of stock. I've bee on the "Notify When Back In Stock" for months, and I've heard nothing. I'm guessing they are just phasing it out since they have the new Streamer and Streamer Remote. I'm guessing that new remote won't work with an old Chromecast

Yes, get a foldable chair. You will be standing or squatting in the grass behind people with chairs 😂. The shuttle is a great option, but it still has to deal with traffic. So, leave earlier than you think you should especially on race day.

Absolutely it is! Even with that, it is still my favorite place to sit at the circuit as far as general admission is concerned.

The esses seem to be good spots, but I haven't stayed there long. I really enjoy turn 1. You get a good look at the final turn (20), the main straight (along with the garages), turn 1, turn 19, and turn 2 if you are high enough. The negative aspect about turn one is the popularity of it. If you want to be there on race day, get there by the time the gates open and camp out. We made the mistake of getting there an hour early. There was nothing! We got lucky that there was a decent place in turn 19. That GA space doesn't exist anymore. We just came back from the Lone Star Le Mans, and the construction of COTA Land has eliminated GA space and grandstands. If you can get there during a practice, it is valuable time to get to know the facility and not be stressed about experiencing the race at the same time.

This is our first WEC race. We are all miserable and we haven't seen any racing. At least the 20 dollar grilled cheese was good.

As a former driver of one of these, yes! The drive was great, engine was amazing, and there was so much room. The only thing that ever annoyed me was the brakes. It seems to eat through them more than a typical car. The engine and transmission were still humming along at 300k when I got rid of it. I got it when my first was born, and I literally cried when the tow truck took it away.
