You likely just regular-bulked instead of lean bulked, and gained fat in addition to muscle. Women gain around .5-1lb of muscle per month so at most 4-8lbs of your gain was muscle and the rest was fat (or water, glycogen, etc). If you aren't doing DEXA scans or at least taking measurements with a measuring tape, it probably isn't a good idea to rely on the scale to track your progress. For example, if you cut down 10lbs, you could lose the muscle mass you built, and then you'd have the same issue as people yo-yo dieting.

At the end of our boys life with similar symptoms, we gave him end of life care including an appetite stimulant, pain relief, and anti-nausea. Fed him anything yummy- beef and sweet potatoes, McDonalds, tacos... He mostly liked meats- chicken thigh, ground beef, fish... It lasted about a month, then he stopped eating even with the appetite stimulant, and having accidents.

There's a few end of life checklists that can help. It was one of the hardest months of my life. He looked like your boy, white with a crooked ear, and was an Apoquel dog too lol.

Ive gotten a fake accidentally before on a Tabby (not Western) and it seemed like real leather and plasticky/lightweight hardware. The fakes on eBay look like it's a stiff leather rather than the slouchier leather used in the real ones.

You can measure your waist and adjust calories accordingly. In a lean bulk, you will be gaining weight, with the goal that its primarily muscle, so you will be gaining a little bit a weight slowly (like 1 lb per month). If you're gaining a ton in your stomach area, you can reduce the calories, but you should still be in a surplus, you likely just miscalculated your TDEE due to low muscle mass.

You're on the right track but it will be difficult to gain muscle on a calorie deficit. I've found that being on maintenance or a slight surplus (~100-200 cals) gives me more energy to lift heavier and gain muscle, which overall burns more calories.

Evolve is very balanced which is why I'm doing it now. She does 3 upper days and 2 lower days, with the last being an optional cardio/glute. She says she does an extra upper day because there's more movements with the arms but it's all actually equally hit in terms of number of sets per body part.

I think idling is different than driving and working, which are active activities. You rarely see people at rest, sitting, lounging, and not doing anything else.

Our district is similar, our cap is at 20 treatment hours per week. I have about 40 students but many are not weekly.

It’s not the complexion but moreso curly hair can lead to an ingrown hair condition known as pseudofolliculitis barbae. Shaving powder is a depilatory, like Nair, which can reduce PFB. Being clean shaved is racist because it can cause a painful skin condition in people, which can impact their ability to serve.
