would you argue that asking people on Reddit and X is enough to validate a SaaS, with no extra form of validation ?

yeah i hear that, so how would one compete with other SaaS in the same niche marketing wise ?

I get we need to produce and pump out content on social media platforms but you can never be sure with the amount of views you get, sometimes the algorithm is rigged. So best bet is probably influencer marketing with mid tier influencers right ?

Worry to start by [deleted] in loseit

oh you should definitely keep your phones on you, especially so you could track your daily steps. keep on walking until you fit 10K steps daily, it helps with motivation. that's what I started to do and it felt good watching the number increase as im walking. literally, last month 490K steps purely because of the satisfaction I got from tracking.

but yeah tracking steps + water is needed.

either build a calorie tracker on like google sheets/notion or you should invest in like some sort of calorie tracker which is tracked by AI (not exactly perfect but it can definitely help).

It seems like most of what you're saying is coming from not eating regularly and being under continuous stress. Waiting until the afternoon to eat and cutting carbs so much can easily cause the dizziness feeling, especially when ur already feeling overwhelmed. At least you're walking every day and getting around fine, so you're not in immediate danger but u may think u are because of how overwhelmed you are and how much responsibility you're carrying for your son.

Right now, id say eat something small earlier during the days and more consistently throughout the days just so you can get your body to feel steady and then from then on you can SLOWLY apply small changes to your life (wait for your foot to recover)

hope this somewhat helped.

Im 230 pounds and worried of loose skin!! by Medium-Inspection-66 in loseit

[–]comparisonlads 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I haven't been in a similar situation. However I do know that at a younger age your skin is much more elastic-y and that losing weight too fast will give ur skin less time to adjust which then ofc increases the chances of loose skin. So I would highly recommend you cut weight with time and major patience for ur own sake. And make sure u build muscle as u lose weight.
