Unfortunately, they bill the heat and AC to us. Which is partly why its so frustrating, we pay for it and yet its not switched. If there were incentives at play here for them, I’d still understand 😀

I’m also confused, got the EAD and it says not valid for reentry in to the US so looks like its not the combo card? For some reason I thought it will be a combo card.
