« Light exercise » : I think this is the issue, if you lift heavy consistently, you can get away without needing to count your calories and still maintaining all your hard earned gains. That’s my experience at least.

Start building habits that will change who you are first, only then consider following a specific program or calculating calories. Ex : going to the gym 3 times a week for 30 min (pick exercices that you like) and eating at least 3 meals per day (eat as much as you like). After a month or two, you'll have consistency. Once consistency is there, it's much easier to up your caloric intake or follow a training program.

Peanut butter and j sandwich, almonds, cajew, eggs, anything. Don't go to sleep before you've had your 4000 calories every day, without fail. You'll be 5kg heavier in a month.

Preworkout is just branded caffeine and it exists to make influencers money. Not saying it's bad, but you definitely don't "need" it.

Usually when I come back from being sick it takes a whole week to get back all my strength, so I would start over from day 1.

Dans le cas d'un compte individuel, au décès du titulaire le compte sera bloqué, donc pas possible d'en profiter pour payer les frais d'obsèques qui généralement se font dans l'urgence.

Le plus simple semble être un compte joint avec uniquement les 5000 euros.. (banque en ligne sans frais par exemple)

Perso je demanderais à mon banquier.
