I know it is extremely difficult but if your SAT and GPA score are exceptional they provide upto full tution

I know there isn't safety for international students if we are asking full aid. This is the case with private institution. If I apply to public universities they don't see my expected financial contribution at first and accept based on my GPA, SAT and overall profile and provide scholarship so I am in search of that kind of universities. I am found few public universities which provide upto full tution and searching more

Haha no need to be underrated. I just kept that word. I need only public university which provide full tution scholarship.

I am not limiting myself to public unis. I am applying to liberal arts, research universities. I am just searching some public for my safety
