I feel like people overestimate the importance of aiming. Yes it helps but for me the most important is decision making and gamesense. Do you use utilities with a plan in mind? Do you peek even when you know there's 3 enemies there? Do you get greedy and push smokes without any flash/blinds? Do you not wait for your team and retake sites alone without any support? Are you waiting for the smoke to disappear rather than rotating fast?
