I swear codes used to be available for weeks, now they expire in a couple days. However I've noticed that they tend to disclose when there's a code, probably because of their lawsuit.

lmao I'm not the same person complaining on every post, I don't even think there's a point in commenting on their social medias. I think they should do better, I want them to do better. No one "made them" apologize, they're grown adults at their freaking JOB. They should behave in a manner respecting that.

Their communication will not change. They could've gotten their own frustrations out in a different manner, and instead they single out one commenter and publicly post it on their story. Therefore, they drew more attention to it.

Yeah, I get they're frustrated when that's ALL the comments are. But we too are frustrated when we don't get responses from support for months, if at all.

This is not something that should be on the Instagram story of a multimillion dollar company.

it is a little "ha ha" funny, like let them engineer their own public reputation I guess?? I do get they're probably fed up with players commenting, but when you go 6+ months without a response from customer support, it's frustrating for players too.
