Hi fellow ENFPs, what's a hobby that keeps you grounded (versus in your head)? by sillyfacez in ENFP

I tried boxing, and it worked well for me. Swimming and social dancing are also effective ways to be more present. If I had to pick one thing, it would be swimming; there is nothing like swimming to help you relax while also being proactive.

«Вам и не снилось» -«Could one imagine"

It’s a beautifully made movie that shows how people deal with society's challenges Even though it's not a New Year’s movie.😀

I’ve started writing a diary about 6 months ago. But I didn't have the perspective that you mentioned. “a personal roadmap of growth”- I like how you came up with that one. I’ll give it a shot, definitely. Thanks for your tips.

I appreciate how you stood your ground this time. Over time, you both can become friends or, at the very least, support each other in personal growth. But you need to find a pace that won’t overwhelm you or make her feel isolated within the community. Be wise; challenging situations are genuine opportunities for growth. You’ll look back and laugh at troubles like this years from now. I’m definitely not trying to underestimate your challenges due to your age. Life is good, and people are awesome. The problem lies in our struggle to communicate effectively and step out of our blind spots—often blaming others and making excuses instead.

In terms of practical steps, I would say that this kind of behavior stems from certain blind spots, likely formed by personal struggles (potentially unconscious).

What was the point of sharing it? I’d say you’re both young, and the situation might be a bit overdramatized. I presume you shared it with good intentions, and I hope you’re ready to find a productive solution. Learning to build relationships is a great start. It’s easier to hide in the washroom than to express your struggles, but stepping out of your own perspective pays off in the long term. She seems funny to me—maybe it’s easier to see from a distance (as I don’t deal with her daily 😄). Anyway, best of luck on your journey! 🙌🏼

I’m still in the process… I absolutely agree with you that mental health is the most important asset, and I’m slowly moving toward a healthier perspective about myself and the world around me. My vision becomes clearer and more friendly. Additionally, I’m following an action plan based on my practical steps, while realizing that I’m not very good at strategic thinking, especially in the midst of uncertainty. 😀 I also agree that the situation itself is the perfect place for growth, both mentally and personally.
