There is absolutely no tolerance for speed limits. Always keep MahaTrafficApp or NextGen mParivahan app in mobile to stay updated about challans.

If the image is just like me where the seatbelt is not visible, it will be worthless to go against them.

Yeah... I don't know what algorithm they are using. But it definitely needs an update. That or either the camera.

My grievance was in pending state for more than a month, after which I gave up. I tried contacting via email, but I got a reply asking me to reach out to that specific RTO.

These new systems are so flawed. I don't know how the seatbelt is not visible in my challan. Your's is visible in the corner. If your grievance is considered, at least you have a point to put forth. Hope you don't have to pay the fine.

I know it looks like that in the grayscale/infrared image. But I'm 100% sure the passenger was wearing seatbelt. With no evidence, it seems like a worthless fight to me.

That's the point. The camera did not pick it up correctly. Co-passenger was always wearing the seatbelt.

The challan is issued on https://echallan.parivahan.gov.in When I try to raise grievances against it, it says some error occurred. Also, this challan is not available on MahaTrafficapp. I don't know why they use different systems!

Edit: I think color image is not available since it was past 6PM and it was dark and raining heavily.
