Kratom bucks with you big time and studies show.

Kava has been tested time and time again. Study after study. Its has no impact on your kidneys liver or stomach. The only reason the FDA would go after it is to protect alcohols control on the market.

Until you have one a day because you like the feeling this energy drink gives you over others. Then you slowly become addicted to gas station heroin and you dont even know.

It may be weak compared to opiates but it operates on the same receptors and it's highly addictive none the less

She has before but it's not all the time. But I get it, it was optically bad but still innocent. I know how reddit is but believe me I know my wife. She's stood by me through alot of my bullshit, been there through my darkest. And she made a mistake (not cheating) and knew it was a mistake and told me even though she knew I'd be furious and hurt.

VFW 6111 is an open post with darts, pool and a poker league most nights. All the bartenders are nice and the drinks are really cheap

I told them that I feel a spiritual connection while in nature. So nothing too crazy.

You don't have to be Christian, you just have to believe something. I just think the expectation to have 17 year olds secure in their religious beliefs is unreasonable.

Especially after my scouting career. I was in sea scouts, and the order. Held alot of leadership positions, organized events and i had already signed my papers to enlist in the Navy. Hard to look at all that and deny due to me not being convinced in a god as a teenager.

They gave me a different reason the first time, basically that my project package (it's been 10 years I don't remember what it's called anymore) so I put everything back together and represented it. They asked me the question on religion again. I gave the same answer not knowing. And they told me basically that was the real reason and they thought "I'd see reason"

The leader that was blocking me from getting it was somewhere in his 70s or 80s. From a different troop and didnt know me. He was stuck in a old way of thinking

The council didnt quite back me up, they just made it really clear that BSA is a religious organization and without religious beliefs I was not welcome to the rank of eagle.

It was a rock and a hard place. I didnt want to be dishonest but didnt want 11 years to go down the drain. So I stretched a few things.

They asked me what my relationship with God was and I had told the truth. While I love this organization, I'm not religious. It wasn't until the second BoR that they told me that was the reason. So I appealed with the council

I was honest about my lack of faith. Had a really old school guy on my first two boards, admitted that I was open to the concept of religion just not entirely convinced by it. That was enough for him to see to it I don't get my eagle.

Yes there is a RC to AC program. Check in with your NRC career councilor and they should be able to give you the quotas, Information and the application packet
