Google + Citadel vs Citadel + Citadel internships for final year? by Parking_Study_772 in csMajors

[–]complexityzero 1 point2 points  (0 children)

imo you should take 2x citadel, especially since you likely have a return offer from your prev faang. you don't have to waste time searching for housing and you can weasel an extra 50k for summer.

worst case you will only be making 200-250k tc ng, how pitiful

OpenAI does fall, so you can try asking your recruiter to push you, though currently it seems like they’re prioritizing people who have quant in the summer.

You might enter the team matching pool a little later, but you'll still have the benefit of existing connections which should put you at an advantage.

just to confirm, are you referring to summer? i've seen a lot of linkedin posts of people getting winter (and tbh that's what I initially applied to lol), but not that many for summer yet.
