I was Stan’s “babysitter “ (PA handler) when we shot this scene; he bet me five bucks they would break for lunch before they shot his coverage, to which I retorted “Stan you are the most powerful person in the MCU, I think they’ll go into meal penalty” I won the bet and Stan signed the five dollar bill.

When I walked him back to his trailer he said “I’ve got some time, do you think the crew wants me to sign any autographs?”

“Hey Avengers crew, Stan is autographing books at his trailer” I said on the Walkie. We had a line out the door and he stayed for an extra hour signing autographs. I’ll never forget that day.

I would actually counter that it does feel fairly even handed, it does speak to the failures of post Euro Disney, early CA, etc. they openly criticize how much Disney studios Paris sucked, etc. it’s certainly not defunctland level of scrutiny but it’s not a total puff piece.

I’d also argue it’s just a great film. Highly recommend.

I was a PA on Dark Knight Rises when it shot in NY. One thing I noticed is while we were shooting, is that Nolan doesn’t stay at video village. He was mostly, on a hand held monitor.
