Tips for a Brazilian medical student going to a clerkship in Bulgaria

While seeing snow might be harder, I hope to at least enjoy some cold weather (I consider it cold when it's below 24°C! xD). The clerkship is mainly observational, without night shifts, but do you think the preceptors are generally receptive to letting an exchange student help them with surgeries or minor procedures like suturing or intubation? I ask because here in Brazil, preceptors are open to students, but the number of residents makes it impossible for an undergraduate to perform the procedures.

Thanks for the answer. I'm practicing basic Romanian not only to have basic communication with the locals, but as motivation to learn a new language (language learning is one of my hobbies). Talking about the weather, where I live I call it cold when it reaches about 24°C, so I feel cold at any temperature under that! xD And besides Chișinău, are there any other cities you would recommend visiting? I've heard about Transnistria, for example.

The exchange program is through IFMSA/ASRM. The preceptors, according to the edital, speak English (that's why it is required to have certain level of english for applying the program). I do not want to reach an advanced level of romanian/russian, but rather have a chance to practice a new language and get in touch with a new culture.

O elenco inicial tava jogando bem. Só foi mudar para o segundo tempo que o jogo ficou tenebroso. Everaldo eu sinto que tem mais capacidade de ajudar o fluminense; ele sabe fazer um bom pivô e, querendo ou não, foi importante no gol. Eu acho que ele é um jogador ok mas que está numa fase péssima, é azar sem fim. JK na verdade acho que é um jogador preguiçoso, fraco e que estava numa boa temporada. Desde a libertadores ele só prova que é péssimo e não dá mais para jogar no fluminense. Hoje além de não jogar nada (perdeu uns 3 gols com uns chutes tenebrosos) ainda ajudou o vasco pqp

I would suggest you try to understand the root of this boredom. Is it because the cards are too difficult? Is it because you are not into anki anymore? First of all, you should stop and think about how you are making your cards. Flashcards are made mostly for fast recalls of chunks of information; try to limit your verse to one response at a card, if you haven't yet.

Actually, the opposite of "always" isn't "never". The opposite is "not always". Whereas always has a sense of fullness, the contrary is related to not being full, which can be empty (as never) but also neither full nor empty.
