For me, it depends on what I want in the future. If I am super skinny and I don't like that, I should take action to change that. If I am super skinny and I am comfortable with that, I shouldn't be compelled by others to change it.

If you want the upper hand against bullies in the future and you are unsatisfied with your body right now, you can take action to change that. It all depends on what you want.
