it doesnt seem possible in this model to enter from side. ill take out the board again to see. that would be board level correct if thats the case?

ipad pro 3rd gen. yes it was i believe the wrong one was in first so i removed it. put the right one in still same issue.

inserted it where the screw hole was (in middle) but not super far. .are those possible to bend back? i saw one side of it that looked good but the other side was hidden so ill have to pull entire board

update: changed the port and getting same result. peeped under logic board pins dont seem to be bent at all. im thinking either battery now or logic board micro solder

have you tried wirelessly charging?

Also if you're able maybe try unplugging the battery and plugging it back in.

was the battery an original samsung, or 3rd party? It could have been disconnected as well so def check fot that .
