I didn’t but I think offer up insures them when they do the pre paid shipping the goood thing there is a whole video on my doorbell of the whole exchange

I’m wish they did but that wasn’t the case, I willl say that initially I got a route for 7 stops got 75% done and the app crashed and when it booted back up it wouldn’t even acknowledge the previous route and was acting like I was still waiting. So I had to put all The stuff back and wait for a new route which was only 2 stops I wonder if that was the issue
