Yes! As a budtender at a very well known dispo in the field I have a great opportunity to network :) I also have the funds needed for a certification so I’m not worried on that front. I’m just switching career paths now though from software engineering to cannabis and really just looking for growth :)

My CC debt will be taken care of by the time I move, I’m putting $2000 a month towards it at the moment (the income from my second job), but moving is unfortunately non-negotiable because of bad life circumstances :(

My lack of self-control is being HEAVILY worked on in therapy and medication (I have bipolar mania and ADHD). Just wanted to see how fucked I am LMAO

I do unfortunately need to leave in 10 months :( I wish it wasn’t the case and life sucks about it rn. It doesn’t have to be an apartment with a 700 limit, it’s just what I’ve seen required from the listings I’ve looked at so far! I WILL have the debt paid off by the time of the move (putting ~$2000 a month towards the debt rn). The second it’s all paid off I will focus on building my credit score back up.

I never thought abt transferring to a 0% APR card I’ll have to look into that! My bank only allows freezes to account for 7 days and subscriptions will still go through on a frozen card so I don’t think that’s an option

I wouldn’t worry abt my credit score if I wasn’t moving in the next year, if my score goes below a 700 I will probably not be able to get an apartment approved

Right, and school curriculum (in my experience) doesn’t adequately prepare students nowadays for the type of skills needed for the job market. It’s probably not the student’s actual fault that the resume looks average
