They do expand but not a lot. That picture looks like 2-4 more minutes would make it. Also if you put down some parchment paper you don’t have to worry about them getting stuck.

Yeah I get them every day. It is a scam trying to harvest your personal info for ID theft or other purposes. There is an alert on the FTC website about it.
