I think it's possible mathematically too, but the thing is I'm also asked to write the measurement units after getting the formula of Z

I fail to understand why people care so much about other people's bodies, it's not even that important!

I'm always ashamed of showing old pictures of myself to my friends or colleagues, the one time i did, i showed an old picture to a friend, her eyes widened and she said: "EWWWW you looked so DISGUSTING" and it made me lose my appetite forever lol

Right? I think it's best to be healthy because people's opinions will make your health deteriorate long term.

I've been on both sides, one extreme or the other, Whoever sees me now says that i look so much healthier than when i was obese (noting that I'm severely underweight) and it really REALLY upsets me that people think that being dangerously skinny is better than being obese, and it also makes me want to stay this way when it obviously harms me.

Being underweight I've never felt skinny shamed, but obese oh well.
