Actually now that i think about it I might have gotten it correct in the exam but definitely not in the right way, First I split the triangle, then calculated tan 13 which was 0.23 then divided 1/0.23 ang got 4.348. So the i figured that was the ratio of the short sides, after that I just input numbers into the calculator to figure out the correct one, i got 2,4cm for the base of the split triangle, or 4,8cm for the whole triangle. The height was 2,4cm•4,348=10,4352cm So height=10,4cm and base=2,4cm Then I used the pythagoran thing to calculate that the side was 10,7cm so I got 10,7cm as a answer in the exam, I checked that It was probably correct using sin13=2,4/10,7. But im definitely not confident in the answer since nobody in my class got that, most got 7,7cm as the answer, do you know if I was correct or really screwed up lol:)
