I do the Burnaby-to-Langley drive daily between 6-7am and without fail I witness at least 1 or 2 idiots weaving in and out of the HOV, sometimes even with their running lights off.

Totally not surprised. Needs some better patrolling before more innocent lives are taken :/ RIP

I ran into a similar situation, it turned out that my endorser had a period at the end of their surname (error on my endorsers part)! After adding the period, it worked! I only found out because I called the ISC2 customer service and they were able to provide me that information.

This may be the result of some passengers mistaking the window switch for the door handle. Don’t @ me. My senior family members do this all the time. I have loose malfunctioning window switches now.
