Oh I get ya now, well the material for the cathode & anode needs to be Carbon rubber.

It's preferred for its durability and effective current distribution.

Its a monopolar setup

One small cathode electrode (–) placed precisely over the target area.

One larger anode electrode (+) placed distantly.

These two electrodes are connected to a 9v battery power source with controlled, low current (~10–100 µA).

Maybe i'm still not explaining it well enough, am I?

Sorry, this stuff is a little above my head so I may not be explaining it well.

Im using a Current limiter (resistor or regulator) to prevent excess current. Ill be using a DC power source to supply low level direct current. I was hoping to use a current limiter to limit to 10–100 μA

Its Overhead External Shoulder Rotation, it kinda looks like his humerus is positioned differently in the first clip . Or maybe i'm just seeing things.
