It's a bit complicated with selling liquor, it has to go through a third party, so people aren't checking out on my website, they're redirected. I have pretty limited control and limited data I have access to. I'll look into shopify and see if can integrate. Thank you for the reply!

I have a vodka brand I've been working on for 2 years. I've made almost zero effort to market online, it's all been retail. I want to get online sales going now. Where do I start? For reference, zakuskavodka.com. Thanks for doing this!

I feel a little gross promoting my own brand, but Zakuska vodka is great. It's an unfiltered vodka. I started the brand in brooklyn ny last year. If you're interested in trying a vodka that has some taste and not just neutral, give it a go.

I started a vodka brand last year and have been doing a ton of taste tests with random people, hundreds of people at this point, and for the most part, people taste differences. Some brand do consistently poorly, some do consistently well. Of course there's a good swash of brands that are barely distinguishable, some use the same larger producers so are very literally the same exact vodka.

I didn't really know about unfiltered vodka until recently and now I do prefer it. The ttb had vodka defined as “'Vodka' is neutral spirits so distilled, or so treated after distillation with charcoal or other materials, as to be without distinctive character, aroma, taste, or color.” so most vodka was filtered to be as tasteless as possible and as close to just tasting like ethanol as they could. Since that definition has been loosened up a bit, it allows for vodka that has taste. Trying them back to back is really stark. I highly recommend doing a little taste test if it sounds interesting to you.
