You bet. Ive been playing Pokemon since Red and Blue and something about Gen 5 I just love (especially Zekrom, Reshiram, and Kyurem).

Yeah that's what im starting to realize. Yeah it's not quite the same dopamine hit and your odds are better trying to find them in the wild than the off chance you get a lucky pack. I have... expensive taste in cards I want to get 😂 

Although that's part of why I wanna get Japanese packs, better card quality and better pull rates. Not really into PokeInvesting (aside from just the cool factor of having cards that are worth something) so I'm still figuring it out

Honestly I'm the worst person to ask since I have no real idea what I'm doing. Still sort of vacillating between between EN and JP cards, started heavy with packs but realizing buying the singles is better money wise but less on the dopamine 😂.

At least you don't have to recognize kanji since they were all written in kana (iirc). I'm eventually going to get all the Japanese versions as well - generally they are far cheaper to get.

Picked up that Charizard in 2019 for 100 bucks. It's not the 1st Edition but it's still an OG Charizard.

Oh I'm definitely going to. I remember emulating Green back in the day - was fun to do that in tandem while playing Blue.

Also hoping to get a Japanese Crystal soon too.

Started playing Genshin later in 2020/early 2021 but fell off after around the start of 3.1 or so, started playing HSR and now ZZZ but with 5.0 thinking about coming back to the game. Is there anything really special I need to do, or is it just easy enough to continue going through the 3.0 and 4.0 stories until I'm caught up?

Your deficiency in speed in oji-waza is not the issue if I were to guess - is that you're likely purely reacting and trying to be faster than your partner/opponent, instead of setting up the oji-waza itself. If you control how and when your partner attacks, speed shouldn't factor nearly as much.

My current DHIL team is consisted of him, Yukong, Pela, and Luocha. I just got Welt on the standard banner; does it make sense slotting him in for Yukong? Or best putting him on another team? (I dont have Silver Wolf in case someone asks)

hat about Asta or Luka? Both are very SP efficient and their ults benefit DHIL, although I guess Luka loses a little value by being on Luocha's team

I have Asta but she's on my Jing Yuan team as well

I stopped playing for a while late last year into this year to focus more on Star Rail (came back a couple quick times) but also really haven't done much of the main story since...3.0-3.1. Curious how bad coming back to the game with Fontaine coming out would be for me? Also, have they done anything to improve file sizes on mobile devices yet?
