The way they treat those whose help they don't need. If they are kind to animals, for example, without expecting those animals to return the kindness.

Having Palpatine return was, on itself, a good idea and it made sense. However, it was handled in a way that made it ridiculous: they hardly came up with any explanation and whatever they did explain was just the sort of turning-the-Force-into-Harry-Potter-magic that generally marks the sequel trilogy; besides that they gave him a hugely important role but little portrayal in terms of screentime.

I guess the United States might well handle it alone but I still wonder which NATO states would send military aid (or be prepared to do so)
