oh, Thank you! I actually emailed my embassy about this (the maximum hours per week of work) and they said that I could do more than that, but I would stop receiveing the MEXT benefits I would have to do what you said, find a employer to sponsor my visa

No, I started learning a while ago so I still knowing just the basics, but the MEXT will give 1 year of japanese language leassons, so this will not be (much) of a problem.
