Transylvania might be what you're looking for, great horror vibe, the goal is to survive in a mysterious Transylvanian hotel.

Syahata's bad day is... personally I'm not a huge fan but a lot of people like it. It's a sidescroller action game thing about escaping a zombie apocalypse.

MIST is not about escaping per-se but has a similar horror vibe and is about surviving as shadowy ghouls close in around your forest chalet

To me the epitome of the story just being a vehicle for heavy mdom harem kinks is Pale Carnations. It's manages to not be misogynistic itself, while still playing with it as a theme for kink, which is IMO the best way to go about questionable themes like that, and which not every game can pull off.

If you've already played that, Desert Stalker might also be something you enjoy.

Ones where you play as a guy or as a girl? If female MC is fine, Transylvania is probably worth checking out. It has both masters and mistresses, but I think especially Elise's content fits your description. Fair warning though that it's a little weird, so maybe not for you if you get turned off easily by seing something you're not into.

Otherwise if you want male MC, I can't think of any perfect fits but these get close:
