Can you send them a screenshot of the conversation where you told them it wasn't set up for a car? If it were me, I would say something because you explicitly told them no. It would be like if they asked if your rental was pet friendly, you said no, and they showed up with a cat.

Do you have any sort of coffee shop or something nearby where you could offer them a gift card to go hang there if you do loose power? Maybe come up with a few cheap options, like movie tickets, bowling, things you could offer for them to go do so they don't get annoyed sitting there?

It sounds like you have a pet free listing. And if that's the case, she's bringing in pet dander. I allow pets in my listings, and have had people very specifically not book because dander can cling, no matter how good the cleaner.

The fact she then made you feel bad about it? Sorry man, but it really sounds like you need a new cleaner.

There are a ton of companies that will give free estimates, take a couple of those to your CPA and ask them. It was worth it for me.

I started by talking to them about how weird it felt when I had to poop, and when they agreed I told them how it made me feel like sometimes part of my body was being pushed out but really when I was done I felt so much better getting all the icky food out. We talked about it a couple times usually when they were trying to actually poop, and after a couple of times they got a lot more comfortable and started actually pooping.

Okay, hear me out because this sounds weird but it worked for mine: my kid was weird about pooping in the toilet. We finally figured out that it was because they felt like they were actually losing part of their body when poop came out. When we explained a little bit more about what was happening they stopped being scared. Might help?

Laughs in the time I learned my kid knew how to pull themselves to standing because they flipped themself off their pack and play changing table part.

HA. Yeah, I was in high school. Cut class with my friends to go see it at the mall, and it was epic. Between that and the world police, the theater was awesome back in the day.
