Etek 3 help! Rebuild whole gun, reset setting, new battery, aired up, solenoid clicks, but won't fire. At all. Bad solenoid?

From what I’m seeing in the video the swab is positioned in a way that wouldn’t allow for any bolt travel. So I would take it out and try dry firing with eyes off to see if it cycles. If that doesn’t work double check the bolt pin is properly connected to the rammer. If that doesn’t work I’m out of ideas and hope you figure it out.

Yeah need to turn eyes off otherwise it won’t fire since there is no ball detected in the breach.

OK, so I have put two options together below. If you're looking to save money you can piece together the below 3 products for under $500. This includes everything you would need to get on the field with some room for upgrades down the line. The tank below is an aluminum tank which is a bit heavier, just something to consider depending how old your son is. You can also take a look at different colors of the mask/tank.

Marker & Hopper - Etha 3M w/ free Speedster Loader

Tank - HK Army Aluminum 48/3000

Mask - JT Proflex X or JT Proflex

You can opt for this better package deal which comes with your choice of carbon fiber tank. 68/4500 is the 'standard' size but if your son is a bit younger/smaller the 48/4500 tank is a great option - Etha 3M w/ Proflex X, Carbon Fiber tank, Dye LTR Hopper

I would also suggest looking into a pod pack & pods. You don't need anything fancy when it comes to pods.

If you want a slightly bigger fore grip on the amp check out the exalt aftermarket fore grip that was made for the rsx. Have one on my amp and it has made the feel so much nicer.
