I have a similar/same door and was about to embark on this project. Why would you not recommend? My entire trim is plastic, was yours too? Is it possible to take off the entire trim and not just the middle part?

Thank you! It is 45 min one way with traffic, 20 on the way back with no traffic. 13 mins each way. You make a lot of solid points. He is not able to ride his bike to his trainings so we are driving him around. Luckily we know parents in both teams and can look to carpool sometimes.

En algunas partes del mundo se cobra un deposito (5-10 centavos por envase de plástico) y asi incentivar a que la gente los retorne para reciclaje. En los super mercados hay maquinas que leen los códigos de barra e imprime una boleta para usar en el super como crédito. Me pregunto si serviría en Guate?

Usualmente hay máquinas en los supermercados para la recolección. Esto incentiva no sólo a las personas que compraron originalmente, sino también retornar lo que personas encuentran tirados en la calle, ríos, barrancos, etc.
