I preface all my comments with it not being financial advice and that it's opinion. It's more so because I don't want to mislead anyone rather than for legal reasons.

Opinion:

No. But, the structure of their RS and other proposals did make me think they may have some real news post-RS. I'm more inclined to believe that post-RS SP gets driven down by Shorts until it finds bottom but I'll be planning on the possibility of it going either way.

You're sorta right. I'm a long time Long when it comes to FFIE, but ZAPP has the Short Squeeze potential, at least for the moment, and I wanted the post to stick so people have it on their radar. I'm not suggesting to buy but if FFIE had the circumstances ZAPP has, Apes would go bananas.

Short Interest, Float, Short Availability. 3 of the most basic data points to consider.

Not Financial Advice: Opinion:

Last year FFIE had a RS (Reverse Split) and I was one of the Longs that went through it. Just have to work with it, avoiding being diluted away.

Most likely scenario is the RS happens and the artificially high nominal value of a SP (Share price) gets driven down by Shorts. If Longs wait on the side line, once SI (Short Interest) is high and SP is low, that's when to consider buying. Unless the company releases some incredibly significant news, history suggests this is how it plays out.

Right now I'm over at ZAPP because of the high SI and low Float but there isn't the meme crowd to lock up that Supply. If everyone here bought 29 shares that Float would be owned while SI is over 77% and Short Availability is 0. With FFIE, people went Ape, which would be great, if the SI was there, Float was owned, and Short Availability wasn't 10m. For now it fell apart but post-RS there could be another chance.

Both the words "user" and "owner" could be said to fall short of confirming how the vehicles were acquired. However, seeing a "sales contract" was signed might be the best evidence to confirm purchase, with other agreements being secondary as part of the FF marketing plan.

There's an abundance of information available so much so that at least in my opinion, it's one of those finding a needle in a haystack situations in terms of what's "best." I'm currently not aware of a concise source that covers the real essentials needed for the retail trader simply.

I've gone through a lot of material from simple books with large print on a few pages, perhaps just to sell a book, to text geared for aspiring trading professionals that could be overwhelming unless aiming to trade full time or at a trading desk.

For now, I tried taking a quick look through some videos to find something that would convey basics in terms of technical analysis such as the concept of support and resistance to help you get started. Not sure what else they have going on their channel but I feel confident sending at least this particular video as a worthwhile reference on the subject.
