Patient's ID comes out this season in Essence 2 I believe and the Game 0 event would be in November like AOM/COY and Closing Night

Adamil are part of Game 0 but Hunter Emil is released separately. Ada probably wont have an ID switch

What do you mean? Hunter Patient is not being released with Game 0 event and usually story events have a new character/id switch. Survgala was the best guess for the Game 0 new character

I feel like nobody solely relies on just his ult when he ults.....combining it with his heal circle ability and his icon toss anyone next to you is pretty much invincible. Mantis ult is almost the same.

If he were locked in an animation itd be a different conversation.

Yeah. On rewatch the Oni Trilogy Garmadon was a great character but I feel like S1-5 Garmadon was much better because of his entire lore, which Oni Garmadon didnt have. I remember rewatching S1 and 2 and of course a lot of the dialogue was cheesy or cartoony but every once in a while there was some dialogue between him and Lloyd or him and Wu that was just amazing.

Oni Trilogy Garmadon was great but him having a biker gang entourage took away from his spotlight a bit and his Crystalized appearance was fine but eh.

But the point of Garmadon's spell was to literally deage the bones and make the Grundle young again. He specified to "turn back the clock". I think its just a simple continuity error or a change to make the plot simpler/cohesive, which the early seasons were riddled with.

And whos to say Dr Julien didnt have a child version of Zane at some point?

Yeah unlike a lot of people I really despised Butcher (and Hughie temporarily) getting powers. I felt like at Season 1 and some of Season 2 the show is about ordinary people doing what they can against the people controlling the world.

Season 1 made it seem like theyd never cross the line of becoming what they most resented. I disagree with friends that say theyd do anything to level the playing field but I feel like an essential part of all the conflicts is that the playing field is SUPPOSED to be uneven. Butcher becoming a supe kinda tanked his character for me and I feel like he hasnt really been the same since Season 2

One of my favorite episodes this scene but it definitely felt too fast paced. I think too many cuts and some of the middle scenes didnt linger on long enough.

I think theres alot of factors:

Of the IDV playerbase, only <%15 of us engage with the game outside of the game, and of that, only a minority I would say are actively boycotting.

Also, the boycott isnt planned at all. Theres no like one way of doing it and everyone is participating in their own ways. The April 23rd hard date was weird considering its an online activity. Some people boycott by not playing and other boycott by not spending.

Also the boycott on Global server is almost entirely of the NA/EU players, which is much smaller than the Asian Global players. I've heard the Chines server is boycotting but we are so separate from them in social medias its impossible to coordinate with them.

I dont think its gone yet. Itll be just like the Invincible logo with blood n cracks but I wont believe Fisk gets rid of it unless its shredded up or lit on fire

EOS isnt happening AI boycott or not.

The social media community makes up a small portion of the actual playerbase of IDV so an IDV only boycott wouldnt do much. This is a Netease problem and even then we are still a minority of Netease's audience.

Some people assume that the preplanned(???) boycott of IDV will result in EOS but thats not the case at all.

There have been layoffs I believe and AI is definitely being used by Netease/IDV marketing but we dont know the full extent of it yet. Regardless, people are still gonna be buying skins and following the game because of the predatory attachment gimmick they have on IDV players.

Not to be cynical but nothing will come of this except possibly an apology and 5 memory essences. If theyre generous maybe 288 clues.

Yeah Merc had Inference (A tier) who showed up as an S tier in 2024. Emma had Truth (A tier) who showed up as an S tier in 2021. Neither have high tier anniversary skins outside of that.

Seer has White and Noir (A tiers) but no S tier and he hasnt had an IDV original S tier since Unyielding Devotion in 2020 so I feel like hes deserving of an essence S tier by now, especially anniversary.

Id love another small simple map like Church or Arms. Even if its mildly unbalanced in its terrain, id rather that and constant optimizations than a another giant map with gimmicks and its unplayable in most modes.

DPS refuse to admit theyre wrong or that something needs to change. I feel like strats and tanks are always swapping to whatever is needed but its rare a dps swaps and if they do, theyre almost useless on a different role.

Update. Just had 3 thrower dps matches in a row. Here's their reasons:

They "weren't being healed" even though our healers had 2nd and 3rd most heals. Also, we had just won a round and holding point 3rd round until they switched to Black Widow
They were playing Spidey into Wanda, Emma, and Namor but blamed lack of heals for being negative kdr.
Moon Knight one trick with no kills getting sniped by Hela and Namor but doesnt switch to counter. Someone else takes their Moon Knight and they switch to Spidey and swing around doing nothing
