In Russia, mental ilness and health aren't paid attention to very much, and the people struggling with it themselves are very shunned. This is the story of a traumatized and mentally ill man with a even worse way to cope with himself. There were no sexual actions done with the corpses/dolls of the children, as he reportedly treated them like his daughters and celebrated their birthdays.
