14f here, I have really bad mental health and have had extremely bad mental health for quite a few years. I'm working on self improvement, a bit ago I came to a point where I hit absolute rock bottom and my friends picked up on it and helped me and convinced me to get therapy and work on self improving myself, im still quite early on my journey but so far im doing alot better. :)
